Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026

1. Agreement

BurnoutGuard ("the Service") is operated by dietsoda.dev. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What BurnoutGuard is

BurnoutGuard tracks your upload pace and daily mood, energy, and stress check-ins, computes a health score, flags burnout signals, and suggests a sustainable posting schedule.

3. Not medical advice

BurnoutGuard is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device or mental-health service. Its scores and signals are informational only — they are not a diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice, and the Service is not staffed by clinicians. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).

4. Accounts

Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Trial, billing & cancellation

New accounts get a 14-day free trial; paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the Service, resell access without permission, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dietsoda.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
