Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 14-day trial is your risk-free evaluation
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged anything during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing. The trial is there so you can decide whether BurnoutGuard is worth paying for before any money changes hands — use it.
Monthly subscriptions
After the trial, BurnoutGuard is a monthly subscription ($9/month) billed through Stripe. Because you get a full 14 days to evaluate the Service before paying, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once they are made. You can cancel any time to stop the next charge — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Billing and open the Stripe billing portal with “Manage billing.” From there you can cancel your subscription in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops all future charges; your access continues until the current billing period ends.
Refunds are handled case-by-case
We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee — the free trial is how you evaluate risk-free. That said, if you were charged in error, hit a genuine problem, or forgot to cancel and never used the Service that period, email us. We review prorated and goodwill refunds case-by-case and try to be fair.
